CWP - 3395 of 2021 Though having taken note of the fact that notices in the case at hand were issued on 03.09.2021 and on that date, 16 weeks time was granted to the respondents to file reply, there appears to be no reason for this Court to grant further time, rather having taken note of callous and negligent attitude of the respondents, right to file the reply deserves to be closed, however, on the vehement request of learned Additional Advocate General and by way of indulgence, further four weeks’ time is granted to respondents to file reply, subject to payment of cost amounting to 10,000/-, out of which 5,000/- shall ₹ ₹ be paid to the petitioner and remaining 5,000/- shall be ₹ deposited with “Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund 2025”.
