The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 674 of 2025 arising out of Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 109, 61(2), 326(f), 308(4), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(6) of the B.N.S., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Kuldeep, learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi. 3. On 08.01.2025, rangdari was demanded by one Vikrant Jee, Area Commander of TSPC, which is a banded naxal Organization. 4. It was submitted that the rangdari was demanded from the informant, who runs crusher machine. It was further submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Sanjeet Kumar and Shanker Kumar Mahto have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kuldeep, learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
