The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih PS Case No.214 of 2025, for offence registered under section 306/351(2) of BNS, 2023, section 317(2)/317(5) BNS, 2023 was added, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegations are made in the FIR of stealing of sponge iron from the company and the person employed by the company at the Weigh Machine has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5194 of 2025 and the petitioner happened to be one of the driver of one of the truck and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of stealing of sponge iron of the company. 5. Considering that person who was employed at Weigh Machine has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and petitioner happened to be driver of one of the truck and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Balidih PS Case No.214 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
