Heard Ms. B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for the respondents. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a request to transfer her from Anganwadi Centre, Puchakayalapalli Village, Uyyalawada Mandal, Kurnool District to Anganwadi Centre, Main Bazaar, Jammalamadugu Town, YSR Kadapa District as Anganwadi Worker. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the request for the transfer cannot be done since the appointment of the Anganwadi Worker itself is meant for a particular village, being a native of that particular place. 3 5. In the light of submissions made, this Court does not find force in the contentions of the petitioner, as rightly put by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, as per the Government Orders, the Anganwadi Worker shall be appointed considering the fact that individual belongs to that particular area. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to Costs.
