PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Secretary, the District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool has submitted a report stating that the petitioner No.2 by name Sri Kategari Subba Rao, S/o. Nagappa is no more. 2 2. The respondent No.2 by name Sri B.Pedda Reddy, S/o. Sri B. Linga Reddy was present before the Secretary, the District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool and submitted a letter that he filed a complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for brevity the Cr.P.C.), for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (for brevity the I.P.C.) against the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kurnool, who passed an order against him on 22.02.2008, he preferred a Criminal Revision Petition No. 19/2009, on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool, who passed order in his favour, reversing the order dated 22.02.2008 in C.F.R. No. 7872 of 2007 by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kurnool; in the mean time, he and the other parties had compromised out of the Court. The respondent No.2 further submitted that the petitioner No.1 abouts where are not known and the petitioner No.2 is no more. 3. I have perused the letter submitted by the respondent No.2, and also the letter addressed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kurnool to the Secretary, the District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, who requested this Court to dispose of the revision case as compromised in view of the letter addressed by the respondent No.2 dated 26.03.2025 to the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kurnool. 3 5. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised out of the Court. There shall be no orders as to costs.
