Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public prosecutor, submitted that F.C.O.P(MP).No.258 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-Cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, itself was disposed of on 17.10.2016 as, allowing the maintenance petition. 2. The revision case was filed challenging the order dated 24.01.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in F.C.O.P(MC).No.258 of 2013 by the learned Judge, 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.569 of 2014 Dated 07.04.2025 Family Court-Cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, granting interim maintenance to the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3. In view of the fact that F.C.O.P(MC).No.258 of 2013 itself was disposed of on 17.10.2016 by the learned Judge, Family Court-Cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, nothing remains in this criminal revision case to adjudicate further, hence, this criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
