Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. 3. Brother of the informant, namely, Vijay Baski, died due to poisoning. It appears that the petitioner and co-accused had poisoned the deceased. It further appears that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. 4. Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has submitted that bail application of co-accused Baijun Baski @ Saheb Baski @ Baiju Baski has been rejected by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr. 13.11.2025
