Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) The Execution was sought in respect of the order passed in CWP No.2977 of 2018 titled Pushpa Nand vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others decided on 13.06.2019, by the petitioner, wherein directions were issued to the respondents to expedite the construction of the road preferably within a period of three months. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Execution 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Petition now stands satisfied, keeping in view the proactive steps taken as such by the State. 3. Accordingly, the execution petition stands disposed of. CMP No.25304 of 2025 4. The present application has been filed for release of the Scorpio Mahindra bearing No.HP-01AA-0351 which was surrendered in compliance of the order dated 08.09.2025. 5. Keeping in view the fact that the execution petition has been rendered infructuous, we direct that the vehicle in question which had been placed at the disposal of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Mandi, for distributing the relief as per the Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund, 2025, be released, subject to the deposit of Rs.15,000/- in the Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund, 2025. Since fuel expenditure has also been incurred, the said amount stands already deposited but in the name of the Registrar General by Mr. Suresh Kumar Negi, Naib Tehsildar, Rampur, District Shimla. 6. Accordingly, the Registrar General shall encash the said draft and thereafter make the deposit of the same in the Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund, 2025. 7. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 3 8. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. ( G.S.
