IN IN THE THE HIGH HIGH COURT COURT OF OF JUDICATURE JUDICATURE AT AT BOMBAY BOMBAY CIVIL CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION APPELLATE JURISDICTION CONTEMPT PETITION NO.182 OF 2006 Shri.Bhaskar Eknath Patil .. Petitioner Versus The Chairman Shri. Vinayakrao Ganpatrao Garad and Others .. Respondents ....................  None for the Petitioner. ................... CORAM : MILIND N. JADHAV, J. DATE : AUGUST 01, 2025 P. C. : 1. None appears for the Petitioner nor Respondents. 2. Contempt is alleged of order dated 12.12.2005 in Writ Petition No.4580 of 1992, which was dismissed on that date by taking on record minutes of orders filed by both the parties. Grievance of the Petitioner is that despite agreeing to payment of backwages to the Petitioner he has not received the same. Averments are to the effect that computation of said backwages is not done by the Respondent - Management as per earlier pay scale and therefore Petitioner is not paid the same and hence aggrieved. 3. When Petition is called out none appears for the Petitioner. Affidavit in Reply is filed by the management on 12.08.2006 wherein they have given details of computation of backwages and calculation on the basis of pay scale of the Petitioner. Since none 1 of 2 _228_CP_182_2006.docx appears for the Petitioner and neither the Respondents Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Liberty to apply. 5.
