Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat on 07.07.2025 as well as by the Director General Health Services, Haryana on 08.07.2025. 2. No one appears for the petitioner. 3. Since it is obvious that compliance of the order dated 18.01.2019 has been made but with some delay, it would be appropriate that contemners No.3 and 4 are fastened with cost of Rs.5000/- which shall be paid by them jointly to the petitioner for having compelled the petitioner to initiate this avoidable piece of litigation thereby wasting the time of this Court which could have been utilized in deciding more pressing matters. 4. Let the aforesaid costs be paid to the petitioner within a period of thirty days. 5. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. 6. Rule stands discharged.
