The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 35040 of 2011 connected with Writ-C No. 34670 of 2011. Through order dated 24.10.2024 this Court had modified the award of the labour court. The applicant has the remedy to file an application before the labour court for execution of the award. It is not a case to register proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed.
