1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that only two witnesses are left to be examined, therefore, the instant bail application may kindly be disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to repeat the same, if occasion arises in future. He would further submit that a direction may kindly be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
2. Prayer is allowed.

Since the trial is at fag-end, therefore, it is not desirable for this Court to consider the bail application at this stage, as such, the instant bail application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
