This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not reinstating petitioner back into service and continuing petitioner till the age of 60 years in view of orders dated 04.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.25426/2015 as arbitrary illegal bad in law violative of Article 14 and 191g of the Constitution of India violative of G.O.Ms.No.147 dated

30.06.2014 of the 1st respondent violative of Board Resolution dated 27.02.2016 of the 2nd respondent Federation and consequently direct the respondents no 2 and 3 to reinstate petitioner back into service and to continue the petitioner in service till the age of 60 years with all consequential and attendant benefits and to pass...”
2. Sri G.Vamsi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri CH.B.R.P.Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
