Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present CRMP is allowed. The date of the order passed by this Court in MCRCA No. 905 of 2025 be read as 25.07.2025. 5. A copy of this order be placed along with the records of MCRCA No. 905 of 2025.
