1. Heard Mr. Devashish Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents/ State. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash First Information Report bearing no. 293/2025 lodged at police station: Mandir Hasoud, Raipur Chhattisgarh on 19.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) to the extent of the petitioners in the interest of justice.”

At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioners have filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer as there is offence in the prayer have not mentioned to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 3 1,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Disabled College, Mana Camp, Raipur, (C.G.). 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner/ State after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
