No.28361 of 2012 on par with the 3rd respondent to the post of Tester Grade-II and Grade-I. 3. It is stated in the pleadings that the 3rd respondent was promoted to the cadre of Tester Grade-II, though he lost his left hand on account of electrical accident. 4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as on the date of promotion of the third respondent, the petitioner did not meet the mandatory requirement of completing minimum four years practical experience in operation and management and construction works. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was also promoted. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 6.
