Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in response to the Application filed by the Unofficial Respondent No.6 for deletion of the Subject Property from the Dispute Register, the Writ Petitioners have received a Notice on 30.12.2024 and he had filed Vakalat on 04.01.2025, seeking time to get ready for hearing of the matter. surprisingly, the Writ Petitioners have received the Impugned Order issued by Respondent No.3, from the Dispute Register.
