1. This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No. 84 dated 06.09.2024 registered under Sections 406/420/120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of PTPR Act at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.02.2025 (Annexure P-2).
2. Learned State counsel at the very outset, submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the Investigating Agency has submitted the cancellation report before the jurisdictional Court and the same has also been accepted by the concerned Court.
3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
