On going through the writ petition, this Court finds several mistakes on the part of the petitioner including the fact that the petitioner has not called in question the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner in the proceedings bearing No. RA(N):481/2023 dated 28.05.2024 and has not produced a copy of the order. Moreover the statements made by the petitioner in the writ petition and the facts noticed by the Assistant
