2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.01 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case has been lodged by the Assistant Manager of Kotak Mahindra Bank alleging that loan has not been paid. He further submits that by taking loan one excavator was purchased by Anil Kumar. He then submits that the petitioner has not taken the loan, however, the said excavator, subsequently, sold by Anil Kumar to the

petitioner and due to that the name of the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of not returning the loan.
5. Considering that the petitioner is the purchaser of the said excavator and the loan was not taken by the petitioner and the Assistant Manager of Kotak Mahindra Bank has lodged the case for not repaying of the loan, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.01 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
