The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impunged order dated 22/3/2025 passed by the respondent no. 2 (Commissioner Basti Mandal Basti) in Appeal No. 153 of 2025 and Computerised No. C202517000000153 (Hariram versus Ram Jeet and others). ii) Issue a writ, order or direction to interim injunction to the petitioners not to be possessed over the land-in-question in comply of the order dated 22/3/2025 passed by the respondent no. 2 (Commissioner Basti Mandal Basti) in Appeal No. 153 of 2025 and Computerised No. C202517000000153 (Hariram versus Ram Jeet and others)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
