The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 718 of 2025, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 103, 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, as well as, the fact that sufficient material has come against the petitioner in course of investigation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4.
