ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ declaring the inaction of the respondents in not conducting any enquiry against the 5th respondent based on the petitioner representation dated 09.10.2017 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and Rule 8 and 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1964 and consequently direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry against the 5th respondent in respect of petition filed by the petitioner dated 09.10.2017 and pass…”
2. Heard Ms. P. Haritha, learned Counsel representing Ms. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II for the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.10.2017 to take action against the unofficial respondent i.e., the respondent No.5 for conducting money laundering business while discharging the duties as Public Servant.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-authorities are at liberty to look into the representation and take necessary steps of they find anything genuine in the

representation submitted by the petitioner according to Governing Rules and Law. No order as to costs.
