Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dismissing the appeal filed under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
