Prayer in the present criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.5 & 6 and further to decide the representations (Annexure P-3 to 5) submitted by petitioner No.1.
