This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Revision and set aside the impugned order dated 21/09/2021 passed in MJC No. 12/2018 in between Smt.
