CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE.
ORDER 28.05.2025
1. Concededly, in compliance to the order dated December 12, 2023, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench, the respondent-authorities upon consideration of the claim of the petitioner- Jammu and Kashmir Sharnarthi Action Committee, have passed a formal order dated May 06, 2025, whereby their claim has since been rejected.
2. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner, as always, fairly submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of for having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner, if so advised, would assail order dated May 06, 2025 in appropriate proceeding.
3.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
