Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. It is submitted that there are 27 complaints were registered on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal against the accused-applicant, which are from the different States of India. It is further submitted that an amount of Rs. 1.91 crores is reflected in the bank account of the accused. 4.
Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there are 27 complaints were registered on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal against the accused-applicant; that transaction of huge amount is done in the accused-applicants’ bank account and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is not inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is dismissed. (SAMEER JAIN),J Pooja /96
