1. This Criminal Appeal is filed by the Appellant under Section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking bail in connection with Crime No. 172/2025, registered at Police Station – Baradwar, District – Janjgir- Champa, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 351 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 3 (1) (R), 3 (1) (S) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the settlement has been arrived between the parties, when the case was taken up for heaing, complainant appeared before this Court and made said submission. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal seeking anticipatory bail with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court and to file regular bail. He also submits that direction may be issued to the concerned Trial Court to consider the application filed by the appellant before the Trial Court on the same day.
3. In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismisssed as withdrawn. In the event appellant files an application for grant of regular bail, learned Trial Court may consider the application for grant of regular bail, if possible on the same day.
