The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagar Untari Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64, 308, 115(2), 126, 318, 351(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Subsequently, charge has been framed under Section 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have sexually exploited the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. 4. It was submitted that the prosecutrix was already married from before. It was further submitted that the prosecutrix has earlier instituted a case of similar nature in which she had turned hostile and the petitioner was acquitted. 5. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari Mahila P.S.
