The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.138 dated 18.09.2024 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Women West, District Gurugram and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2. On receipt of advance copy of the petition, Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, D.A.G., Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1-State and on instructions from ASI Sunny, submits that in the present case final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been presented and the charges have also been framed on 28.03.2025. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.03.2025, whereby the charges have been framed before the appropriate Forum, in accordance with law. 4.
