Through the medium of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon respondent No. 3 to decide his application for partition of land measuring 9 Kanals 11 Marlas falling in Khasra no. 590 situated at Village Dohal, Tehsil Khour, Jammu, application for recording of separate Khasra Girdwaries with respect to ancestral land in equal shares among the co-sharers and an application for correction of Khasra Girdwaries with respect to aforesaid land.
It is being contended by the petitioners that aforesaid applications have been made by him with respondent No. 3 in the year 2021 and even a direction was issued by the Deputy Commissioner to respondent No. 3-Tehsildar, Khour to decide these applications expeditiously but no action is being taken by respondent No. 3.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought by the petitioner in the instant writ petition, the same can be disposed of by the extending appropriate directions to respondent No. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 to decide and dispose of the aforesaid three applications filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is made available to the said respondent.
