Case No. 146 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 22, 25, 27(A) & 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. It was submitted that about 2.42 grams of brown sugar were recovered from joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Godda (M) (Motiya O.P.)
