Having considered the averments made in the affidavit and the documents produced along with the affidavit, we are of the considered view that there is no willful disobedience of the direction of the learned Single Judge and the accused has issued the endorsements. 4. In view of the aforesaid affidavit and the endorsements, the contempt proceedings are dropped. 5. Liberty is reserved to the complainant to challenge the endorsements in accordance with law.
