Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the second respondent to disposal of the appeal filed by the externed person on 19/06/2025 under section 59 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. B. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate, order or direction, quashing the externment order dated 30/05/2025 passed by the first respondent in CHP/VIKAD/COP/Hu-DH/Gadipar/24/2025, Vide Annexure-B. C. Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice. 2. Learned AGA submits that the appeal has been filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, who is not the competent Appellate Authority. 3. If the appeal is filed before the competent authority, the same would be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
