ORDER:-
This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 05.11.2014 passed by the learned Judge, Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Parvathipuram in M.C.No.7 of 2012.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
4. Heard. Perused the entire material on record.
5. A perusal of the report received from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, goes to show that notices were issued to the petitioner as well as respondent to appear before the said authority. Petitioner appeared before the said authority on 28.5.2025 and his statement
was recorded wherein it is stated that the matter has been settled in the year 2017 and at present there is no maintenance dispute pending between them. Subsequent to the settlement of maintenance dispute, he remarried one lady in the year 2019 and they were blessed with a female child. It is further stated that respondent also remarried subsequent to the settlement of matrimonial dispute.
6. Considering the report and enclosed statement of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as the cause does not survive.
7. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
