A PANDURANGA RAO The Court made the following: 2 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.4058 of 2015 ORDER: This petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent-Municipal Corporation in not allowing the Petitioners herein to proceed with the construction of Stilt, Ground + 3 Upper Floors at RS No.14/2, Door No.24A- 13-2, Ashoknagar Eluru in pursuance of the Building Permission granted in B.P.No.30/2014/R, dated 22.04.2014 though the minor deviations which are already removed and proceeding with the construction strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plan and building regulations as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act and the Building Regulations. 2. Sri Davuluri Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners addressed a letter dated 17.03.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition. 3. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
