This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the Impugned Order dated 29.01.2025 passed by District Magistrate, District Mahoba passed in Case No. 6 of 2005 (Computer Case No. D202507480000006, Under Rule- 59, (233) (2)(14) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rule-2016 (Matsya Jeevi Sahkari Samiti Limited Charkhari Vs. Executive Engineer)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the judgment impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision. 4. In view of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
