Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted report received from Inspector of Police, Medikonduru Police Station, Guntur District, stating that the petitioner/accused herein by name Thoka Rattaiah died on 21.10.2021. A statement of the wife of the deceased revision petitioner is also recorded by Inspector of Police. 3. Though the petitioner died in the year 2021, the legal representatives of deceased petitioner have not come on record to proceed with the matter, which clearly depicts that the legal representatives are not interested to pursue the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
