CMP No.31148 of 2025 By way of this application, the learned Additional Advocate General sought correction in the order that was passed by this Court on 04.01.2025. Learned Additional Advocate General pointed out to the opening para of the judgment and submitted that rather than quoting the relief clause therein contents of some part of the reply stand quoted which appears to be a typographical error. He submitted that the same be rectified by incorporating the relief clause in the judgment, as it is becoming difficult for the Department to implement the judgment otherwise. Learned Additional Advocate General further submitted that in Para-7, there again is a typographical error, where instead of “three months” the words “there months” stand reflected. He accordingly, prayed that the application be allowed and the aforesaid typographical errors be corrected. In light of the fact that there indeed are typographical errors in the judgment, the application is allowed, as prayed for. The 1st Para of the judgment is ordered to be corrected by incorporating therein the relief clause of the petition and the words “there months” in Para-7 of judgment be correctly type as ‘three months”. After carrying necessary corrections, let fresh order be uploaded in the website of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh. The application stands disposed of.
