Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order of removal passed by the 2nd respondent in his Rc.No.Blook Bank/IRC-KDP/2007, dt. 2-6-2008 removing the petitioner from the post of manager, Indian Red Cross society, Kadapa, as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, highhanded unilateral, without notice, without enquiry and without application of mind and against the statutory provisions and consequently set aside the order or removal passed by the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.Blook Bank/IRCS-KDP/2007, dt. 2-6-2008 by reinstating the petitioner with continuity of service and attendant benefits.
