Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajit Singh for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. This is the second round of litigation. 3. Petitioner has earlier approached this Court by way of filing Writ-A No.48958 of 2015 which was disposed of vide order dated 3.9.2015 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of aforesaid order, Director of Education Basic passed an order dated 21.11.2015, whereby concerned respondent was directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and to make payment. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this writ petition has been essentially filed since the above referred direction was not complied with. He further placed reliance on paragraphs nos.3 to 5 of short counter affidavit that entire amount has been paid to the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner referred paragraphs no.5 and 6 of rejoinder affidavit that paid amount was different and above referred grievance is still pending. 7. In the aforesaid circumstances since it is a financial dispute, therefore, it is directed that concerned respondent will relook into the matter and in case there is any outstanding amount, same shall be paid to the petitioner and in case of any legal impediment, entire amount if already paid, specific details of it shall also be communicated to the petitioner. 8.
