Case No. 108 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(3), 308(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXII, Ranchi. 3. On 08.12.2024, at about 03:00 P.M., four to five masked persons had gone to the construction site of the informant and started demanding levy on behalf of TSPC, which is a Naxal Organization. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about six months. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXII, Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S.
