V UMA DEVI The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus (1) declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in implementing the rule of reservation in the selection process and (2) declare the selection and 2 appointments Made to the post of ITDA Coordinator and Senior Consultants made by the 2nd respondent is arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to law and in violation of rule of reservation and consequently set aside the same and further direct the 1st respondent to review contract/agreement with the 2nd respondent...” 2. Ms.Devasri Roshan, learned counsel representing Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
