A copy of the report issued under the signature of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat-Mundawar, Panchayat Samiti- Thanagazi, District Alwar has also been enclosed with the said letter certifying the fact that Prabhu Singh S/o Gopal Singh has expired. It is evident from the said letter that accused petitioner Prabhu Singh has expired. The letter dated 17.09.2025 along-with the report dated 16.09.2025 both are taken on record.
