The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.42 of 2025 arising out of Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2165 of 2025 by order dated 19.03.2025 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. On 03.12.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have given rod blow on the head of son of the informant, due to which he sustained grievous injury. It was submitted that petitioner has given only one blow on the head of son of the informant. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur, in connection with S.T.
