The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 133/2025, registered under section 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109/351(2)/351(3) of BNS, now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to land dispute. She also submits that even the nature of injury is not disclosed. She further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 08 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. In view of the above and considering that there are case and counter case between the parties, nature of injury is not disclosed and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date 2025:JHHC:33196 2 of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 133/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
