On the basis of affidavit, he submitted that now all retiral dues claimed by the applicant have been paid to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts, but submitted that some retiral dues are still pending. Therefore, under such facts and circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. In case any retiral dues is still pending for payment, liberty is given to applicant to file representation before the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur within two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, District Magistrate, Gorakhpur shall decide the same within six weeks thereafter. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
