1. The petitioner was attached to the office of Chhattisgarh Rajya Beej Evam Krishi Vikas Nigam, Head Officer, Raipur vide order dated
05.03.2024. The State Govt. vide its order/policy dated 05.06.2025 cancelled all the attachments w.e.f. 05.06.2025. The said policy of the State Govt. is also applicable to the respondents department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per policy, since all the attachments have been cancelled, the attachment order of Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.08.28 18:23:06 +0530
2 the petitioner be also cancelled, for which he made his representation on 16.06.2025 (Annexure P/5) for proper orders regarding sending the petitioner back to his original place of posting, but till date the same has not been decided. Therefore, the petitioner confines his prayer for a limited direction to the respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 16.06.2025 and to take a decision in view of transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 issued by the State Govt. cancelling all the attachments.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.2 is
directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 in accordance with law on its own merits as per applicable rules and circulars of the Department within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today.
