Mr. Debasis Sur Mr. Himadri pal Mr. Mrinmoy Chatterjee Mr. Angshuman Patra
… for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Suddhadev ADak

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 6th May, 2023 was not considered by the Officer-in- charge of Dadpur Police Station.
The petitioner submits that he has incurred loss because of the act and actions of the private respondents and, to that extent, the petitioner complains to the local police authorities regarding his financial loss to the tune of Rs.6,00,500/- on the basis of deception committed at
2 the behest of the private respondents.
As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Suddhadev Adak, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.
Petitioner would hand over a copy of the writ petition upon Mr. Adak.

The learned
3 jurisdictional Court would, in the circumstances, apply its mind, particularly, with regard to the loss incurred by the petitioner, thereafter, pass appropriate directions/order(s) in the facts and circumstances of the case.
